Life Story
Born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee (just down the gravel road from the Oak Ridge Boys), Megan moved to Florida at 10 and began acting and modeling at 13, winning several awards at the 1999 American Modeling and Talent Convention—which, as conventions go, sure beats the one you slept through in Dayton. At 15, she made her film debut in the Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen psychological thriller Holiday in the Sun. She followed that with roles in What I Like About You (Amanda Bynes, Jennie Garth) and Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen—in which she confessed to not totally digging the drama-queen shenanigans of costar Lindsay Lohan.
More recently, the hazel-eyed brunette has sitcommed it up opposite Kelly Ripa in Hope & Faith, and served as the out-of-his-league love interest to Shia LaBeouf in the summer Michael Bay-buster Transformers (Rachael Taylor). Two other things you should know about young Megan: 1) She possesses half a dozen tattoos—that we know about!—and, 2) She was initially engaged to former Beverly Hills, 90210 star Brian Austin Green, but has since called off the engagement due to age differences and not wanting to settle down this young.

Actress Megan Fox has reportedly been banned from a supermarket in her hometown - after she was caught shoplifting there as a child. The National Enquirer claims 21-year-old Fox was caught stealing make-up from a Florida branch of the Wal-Mart during her rebellious teenage years.
And the incident has now seen her banned from the store. A friend of the star tells the tabloid, "Megan (Fox) was quite a rebel growing up. She thought she could get away with anything, and definitely had sticky fingers. She would pocket things like candy and gum from convenience stores, but Megan's shoplifting days were quickly put to an end when she got busted for heisting a $7 tube of lip-gloss from Wal-Mart."
"At first, Megan denied it. Even after they told her they caught her on surveillance video, Megan still tried talking her way out of it. But when they threatened to call the police, Megan broke down in tears and confessed."
When approached for comment, Fox's spokesperson refused to confirm or deny the claim.
